Thanks for all your congrats! We feel so blessed to welcome Mason to our family :). So far he's been an amazing guy. I hate to say it, but much, much easier than Lily was at his age! He pretty much eats and sleeps...yay!
Lily seems to be handling the adjustment pretty well. She thinks Mason is a really cute doll and longs to "bounce" him and squish him. She loves holding him, but has decided that she does not want to change his diapers (something she said she really wanted to do before he was actually here). She has a little more difficult time when Mom can't come to her aid right away, but we're working through it :).
Mason's entry into the world was wonderfully short and definitely not painless! All together, it was about a 1 1/2-2 hour ordeal. He was even nice enough to let me get a full night's sleep the night before! If you'd like more details than that, you'll have to talk to me in person :).
We feel so, so, SO blessed to be surrounded by family and friends who have brought us lots of meals and taken Lily on fun adventures so that I can rest and adjust. Seriously, we are so thankful.
